Supported input formats include RDFa, RDF/XML, Turtle, N-Triples, Adr microformat, Geo microformat, hCalendar, hCard, hListing, hResume, hReview, License microformat, XFN. Any23 is written in Java.
aTag
aTags ("associative tags") are snippets of HTML that capture the information that is most important to you in a machine-readable, interlinked format, making it easier for you and others to see the big picture.
CORAAL
Despite being a flourishing field, the contemporary online scientific publishing properly exploits mostly raw publication data (rather meaningless bags of words) and shallow meta-data (authors, key words, citations, etc.). The much needed economical mass exploitation of the knowledge implicitly contained in publication texts is still mostly an uncharted territory. Within our long-term ambition to quell the lions there, we have made the first step with the CORAAL prototype (CORAAL stands for COntent extended by emeRgent and Asserted Annotations of Linked publication data). The tool essentially extracts asserted publication meta-data together with the knowledge implicitly present in the respective text, integrates the emergent content and exposes it via an intelligent search/browse interface. This way we allow for convenient diving into publications and bathing in the knowledge related to the particular texts at the same time.
D2RQ and D2R Server
D2R (Database to RDF) is a set of technologies for accessing relational databases from RDF applications. It includes the D2RQ mapping language to describe mappings between database schemata and RDFS vocabularies and OWL ontologies; the D2RQ engine to allow SPARQL queries against a relational database; and D2R Server to publish databases on the Web as Linked Data.
DERI Pipes
Inspired by Yahoo's Pipes, DERI Pipes is an engine and graphical environment for general Web Data transformations and Mashup.
- Supports RDF, XML, Microformats, JSON and binary streams.
- Use it as a "Web Pipe" or embedded in your applications
- Works as a mashup command Line tool
- Supports SPARQL, XQUERY, Several scripting languages.
- Extend it as needed
DERI Pipes, in general, produce as an output streams of data (e.g. XML, RDF,JSON) that can be used by applications. However, when invoked by a normal browser, they provide a end user GUI for the user to enter parameter values and browse the results (see the examples below) .
Didaskon
Didaskon is a framework for automated composition of a learning path for a student. The selection and workflow scheduling of learning objects is based on their description, semantically annotated specification of user profiles, anticipated knowledge after course completion, and technical details of the client's platform.
FOAFRealm
The FOAFRealm is a library for distributed users management based on the FOAF vocabulary. It enables users to control their profile information, as the information can be accessed in the open FOAF format. Users can sign-in au- tomatically across the P2P network (called D-FOAF) of FOAFRealm enabled systems. FOAFRealm provides a basic implementation of the semantic social collabo- rative filtering concept. The knowledge (annotations and private collections) can be shared among registered users. Security constraints can be applied to each piece of information separately.

HyperCuP Lightweight Implementation
HyperCuP - is a P2P infrastructure for highly scalable and distributed communication. With HyperCuP you can distribute your application very easily. The topology of the P2P network is based on a full hypercube. Due to the lightweight approach taken, it is very easy to enhance a single service with P2P capabilites. The HyperCuP has been succesfully deployed with JeromeDL and FOAFRealm/D-FOAF projects so far. HuperCuP uses Web Services for communication between peers and has been implemented in Java. It has several interesting features in particular an algorithm for very fast message broadcasting and efficient topology construction.

i18nizer
i18nizer is a web application used to manage internationalization of the user interface in JeromeDL and FOAFRealm projects. It based on JSP framework and XML database (eXist). The translated phrases are being versioned to support gradual improvement of the quality.
This software is made available under the BSD License.
IKAR
IKAR (Informal Knowledge AdapteR) is a prototype tool for adapting the content of social semantic information sources to user's level of knowledge. It is a part of Didaskon framework. In current version the tool transforms dynamically the original content of an object using adaptive hypermedia technique called"strechtext". The result is a page with multiple foldable/collapsable sections, which are presented in the user friendly way. The linked concepts known to the user are hidden by default, and the unknown ones are collapsed.
IKAR enables such options like collapsing or folding all sections. It also provides an additional feature for displaying all the sections as sidenotes. This prototype also contains some predefined rules and actions for saving user progress.
IKHarvester
IKHarvester (Informal Knowledge Harvester) aims at managing online informal knowledge. Its features are available through REST based Web Services. It harvests metadata from a few types of SSIS (blogs, wikis and JeromeDL, a social semantic digital library) and stores it in informal knowledge repository. This data can be delivered in a form of informal Learning Objects that are described accroding to LOM (Learning Object Metadata) standard.
This software is made available under the BSD License.
IKHarvester Plugins
Features of IKHarvester system are available through Web Services. We provide a plugin for most common browsers: Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer. The plugin allows adding web pages of types supported by IKHarvester to informal knoweldge repository. Also, we provide similar plugin for wikis yhat use MediaWiki engine; it adds a link "Post to notitio.us".

This software is made available under the BSD License.
MarcOnt Mediation Service (MMS)
The standalone MarcOnt Mediation Service (MMS) web application is part of the MarcOnt Collaboration Portal and allows on-the-fly translations between heterogeneous bibliographic descriptions through the universal MarcOnt ontology. MOMS uses RDF Translator and currently supports translations for metadata descriptions in BibTeX, DublinCore, Marc21 and SWRC.

MultiBeeBrowse
MultiBeeBrowse or simply MBB is a part of the Social Semantic Search andBrowsing (S3B) framework. It allows user to search and browse RDFrepositories (with collaborative S&B support). It provides diverse tools forqueries management such as history browser with various searching paths, navigation in query space based on HeXBrowser hexagonal interface whichenables many operations on the queries (browsing current context). One canalso see particular query in all contexts it was used.
This software is made available under the BSD License.
Neologism
Neologism is a simple web-based RDF Schema vocabulary editor and publishing system. Use it to create RDF classes and properties, which are needed to publish data on the Semantic Web. Its main goal is to dramatically reduce the time required to create, publish and modify vocabularies for the Semantic Web. It is written in PHP and built on the Drupal platform.
